| One of the best kept secrets in the Twin Cities would have to be Ruby Begonia’s. Although not so unknown anymore, because sotanLIFE is blabbing about it, this restaurant/bar is truly a hidden gem. Their saloon-like theme sets the laid-back feel here, I reckon, but the western personality doesn’t describe Ruby’s in its entirety. Crowds downstairs enjoy all kinds of leisurely activities like Texas Hold ‘Em, Silver Strike Bowling, and PGA Golf. They have a lounge with couches and a bar upstairs where they continuously play jazz and blues in an atmosphere you have to see to understand. Ruby's serves high-end liquor, and sotanLIFE highly recommends trying their pineapple infused vodka. That’ll warm you up in the dead of winter! | |||||||
